Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! In fact to get the full benefit of the product we recommend you take it daily for a minimum of 28 days. If you're looking for an even bigger performance boost you can even take up to two servings daily. But we don't recommend taking more than that as the research doesn't really support any additional benefit.

Yes. We actually recommend it. Just take it approximately 30 minutes prior to your workout for the best results.

    This bottle is so handy!

I'm an older lady that works 8 hours a day and needs her energy. This shaker bottle from MixSupps is so good! The shaker inside will keep my drink fresh, and the design is simple and clean. I use this bottle to put MixSupps' other products in, which are amazing! Christmas is coming up, and I'm thinking about buying these for my grandkids! Thank you MixSupps.

This is great for the car

My family travels a lot and I'm always thirsty. This bottle is perfect because it doesn't leak, and it's easy to open and close. I also like it because of design- like how the mixer is attached to the bottle. I recommend this for traveling, and anything else
